Embroidery Mastery

 Increase your comfort level with Bernina Embroidery. Taught by educator Leo; the lessons will be both lecture and hands-on. You will also receive homework instructions for creating a project and an opportunity to try your hand at a number of embroidery techniques and applications. Students will receive club discount on class day: 20% on Bernina/OESD products.

Bringing your laptop is optional for Artista's and the new 8series Bernina, but recommended.  If you have difficulty loading the Embroidery software and need help due to how your system responds to it you can call OESD/Bernina Tech help at 1-888-223-6943. You must have the software (editor lite, or Art1) that came with your embroidery unit pre-installed and running.  All Aurora machines MUST have their lap top pre loaded & ready to go since it works of it.

If you did not purchase your machine with us the 4 sessions cost is $600 and must be paid in advance.  Please remember that you will only be offered these lessons once. You must bring to class #1:

* A regular white T-shirt (no cut offs) * A white or light cotton table napkin. * A white cap, or light cap made of cotton. (Breathe holes cannot have metal) * A face size terry cloth towel. * Your sewing machine, emb unit & all items that came in your embroidery box, emb foot, laptop (pre-loaded) all cords, extra embroidery bobbins, scissors, ripper, fabric marking pen, Bernina USB stick if it came with your machine.  Expect to purchase some items from a supply list handed to you during our first meet.

You will purchase the necessary threads, stabilizers, fabrics, required for this class, during class time. Most of you know that I customize my lessons to keep it light on the cost, and heavy on the learning as much as I can.

(Fridays on February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th from 10AM to 1PM) for the same times.  I will offer satuday lessons later around March.
