Shipping & Returns
Please be aware that ONLY UPS offers tracking of packages, so if that is important to you, please request UPS specifically. The shipping rates will be applied to your order based on the cost in relation to the weight and specific dimentions of your order, and will adjust shipping fees if it requres special handling once your order is prepared and weighed in a fair manner.
GENERALLY, we use UPS and USPS to ship, but we may need to choose a different shipper for international orders. There will be additional shipping times, and fee's for international orders that will vary from the standards mentioned above, but we are happy to ship internationally and to our neighbor Canada.
Your merchandise will be shipped within 4-5 business days of receiving your order. Additional shipping time will be determined by the selected shipping method. If you need your items sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive from us for any reason notify us immediately so that it can be shipped back to us within 30-days from the date of receipt; along with a copy of your packing slip. We strive to provide a clear picture and product information, as well as our contact information so that errors are kept to a minimum. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility.No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any fabrics, books or patters due to Copywright Laws. No returns or exchanges will be given at our store front. Shipping is nonrefundable. All returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Items showing any signs of use, wear or damage of any kind will not be replaced or refunded.
